30-Day Recirculation Window

All merchandise must be returned or exchanged within **30 days** of the original delivery date. Requests initiated after this 30-day window will not be authenticated for return.

Eligibility Standards

To maintain the quality of our curated inventory, items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for merchandise returned with:

  • Removal of designer hangtags or security seals.
  • Signs of wear, debris, or foreign scents (perfume/smoke/detergent).
  • Damage to original vendor packaging (shoe boxes, dust bags, or branded enclosures).

Curation & Inspection Fee

A manual multi-point inspection is performed on every piece of returned luxury merchandise. A **$10 Curation & Processing Fee** will be deducted from your final refund to cover the labor of authentication and restocking into our high-traffic inventory.

Exclusions

Items designated as "Final Sale," Archive pieces, or limited-run collaborations are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to hygiene standards, apothecary, headwear, and intimate apparel are non-recirculatable.
